That an administrative penalty for the unauthorized land use (daycare center/pre-school) in the amount of R300 and for the unauthorized building work in the amount of R200 for the administrative penalty in terms of Section 129 & 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 104, 5 Station Street, Rustdal BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
