That an administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (ECD) in the amount of R360 and for the unauthorised building work in the amount of R210 in terms of Section 129 & 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 6255, 19 Jukskei Street, Mfuleni BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
