That an administrative penalty for the unauthorized land use (ECD) in the amount of R300 and for the unauthorized building work in the amount of R150 in terms of Section 129 & 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 66300, 13 Mokoba Street, Mxolisi Phetani, Khayelitsha BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
