UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 45791 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in Annexure A.
b. The application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 141(1)(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit vehicles to reverse accross the sidewalk, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 45791 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
