UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for rezoning of Erf 17775 Fish Hoek (Portion 39 of Farm Sunny Dale 951) from Agricultural Zone and Transport Zone 2 to Subdivisional Area for Utility Zone, Transport Zone 2 and Agricultural Zone purposes, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for subdivision of Erf 17775 Fish Hoek (Portion 39 of Farm Sunny Dale 951), as per plan of subdivision LUM/69/951, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions as follows:
4.4.1 Vehicular access to Portion 1 is restricted to Wood Road with the exception of egress from Portion 1 to Kommetjie Main Road for emergency vehicles only. Access /egress arrangements to the property must be to the satisfaction of the Director: Transport Planning.
1.1 To rezone the property from Agricultural Zone and Transport Zone 2 to Subdivisional Area for Utility Zone, Transport Zone 2 and Agricultural Zone purposes, as shown on Annexure C, plan LUM/69/951.
