UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty to the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 9840 Constantia with regard to the domestic staff quarters, store room at the rear of the garage, covered verandah and extension to the main dwelling as shown on the plan drawn by P J Camp with drawing number 16/20/01 dated 2017-08-16.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
