An administrative penalty in the amount of R 20 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of unregistered Erf 70 (consolidation of Remainder Erf 67 & Erf 68) Hout Bay for the art gallery in accordance with the plan with drawing number: HB1.1.16; drawn by: Kim Johnson design consultant; dated: July 2017.
