UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 500.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 854 Noordhoek, with regard to the architectural style of the second dwelling on the property as per the plan drawn by Bydesign Architecture, numbered CA.R5, Revision 5, dated 2017-05-09.
