UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 4 667.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4998 Simon’s Town, for the unauthorised building work located on Erf 4998, as shown on the plans drawn by Matthew Gray Architects and Urban Designers with layout sheet numbers 1.1.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3, 1.2.4, 2.1 and 2.2 all revisions dated 2017-02-20.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
