UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4915 Simons Town with regard to the unauthorised house shop and unauthorised building work in the form of an enclosed staircase on the property.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
