UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 46022 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme to permit building work within a heritage protection overlay zone, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 46022 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
Amend heading as follows: These departures and Council’s approval are tied to the plan drawn by L.T. Hardenberg with the drawing number JM-16/01 dated 2016-10-18, as per Annexure C of the case officer’s report.
