UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The deletion of the restrictive title deed condition in respect of Erf 14527, 8 Kylemore Road University Estate BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law as contained in Annexure A attached and in accordance with the plans contained in Annexure C.
b. The application for the departures in respect of Erf 14527, 8 Kylemore Road University Estate BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law as contained in Annexure A attached and in accordance with the plans contained in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 3 as follows:
The proximity of carriage-way crossings to each other will not impact on traffic movement or safety.
