UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for subdivision of erf 19649, Milnerton into two portions measuring 501m² and 625m² BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with subdivision plan dated November 2002, prepared by Neil Spencer and Associates Professional Land Surveyors, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
