UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for departures, amendment of title deed and land use conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1186 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
