RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for rezoning in terms of Section 42(a) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 of erf 27350, Khayelitsha from Community Zone 1 to Subdivisional Area Overlay Zone to allow for residential and business as depicted on Plan No. RK/27350/1 Revision 3, dated 04/09/2017, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)iii of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions in the attached Annexure A.

b. That the application for subdivision in terms of Section 42(d) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 of erf 27350 Khayelitsha into 2 portions, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No KSP/27350/1 Revision 1, dated 26/01/2017, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
