UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The application for Consent to permit a house shop on Erf 40797 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.


REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.


Amend conditions:
2.8 General Note:
Should the business activity be significantly changed or altered after approval where Council is of the opinion that the activities conducted become a source of nuisance to adversely detract the amenity of the neighbourhood, Council reserves the right to review the situation and serve a notice in writing on the person conducting the activity calling upon him to –
a) Comply with such instruction set out in such notice; and
b) Cease using the premises in question by a date specified in such notice.
