UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 475.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 59101, Cape Town at Landsdowne in accordance with plan drawn by Intz Designs attached as Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
References to ‘verandah’ in the report must be deleted.
