UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 6 477.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 6300 Constantia, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the Site Development Plan with the drawing number 1006/1, drawn by D Jennings dated 2017-08-12.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
