UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erven 86666 & 86667 Cape Town at Muizenberg with regard to the place of instruction and boarding house reflected on the plans attached as Annexure B.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
