UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 415.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By- Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised verandah on Erf 5068 Constantia, as per the plan drawn by Jehan Bhikoo dated 2017-01-03.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
