UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for amendment of a condition of approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 55316 Cape Town at Claremont, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for consent in terms of Item 40(b) of the Cape Town Development Management Scheme to permit extensions to a hospital (clinic) on the subject property BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 55316 Cape Town at Claremont, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
