UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 4456 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme, to permit building work and the removal of 2 trees within a heritage protection overlay zone, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 4456 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the condition contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
