RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for Consent Use to permit a day care for 22 children on Erf 1189, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 00347/14 dated 14/06/2017 attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
Condition 1.4 is amended as follows:
1.4 That the use hereby permitted shall only operate between 07:00 to 18:00 on Monday to Friday and shall not include public holidays or weekends.
Condition 1.20.1 is deleted.
REASONS FOR DECISIONS:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
