a. That the application for a consent use to permit a free standing telecommunication base station on Erf 35109, Goodwood, be approved in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
b. That the application for the permanent departure on Erf 35109, Goodwood, to permit the relaxation of the 4.5m street building line to 0.0m to accommodate the free standing cellular communication base station, be approved in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
APPLICATIONS GRANTED IN TERMS OF SECTION 98 (b)OF THE BYLAW
Application 1.1 is amended as follows:
1.1 Consent for the erection of a 15m freestanding monopole cellular base station on a portion of the property.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
