a. That the application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 16342, Delft in order to increase the permissible floor factor from 1 to 1.52, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure B.
b. That the application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 16342, Delft, in order to relax the on-site parking required from 1 bay to 0 bays, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure B
