RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for Consent Use to permit a Place of Instruction on Erf 9866, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(B) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A for Erf 9866, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(B) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.

c. That the application for approval of a Site Development Plan No. 9866/02/2017 dated 15/02/2017, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(B) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW RELATING TO THE DEPARTURE APPROVAL

DEPARTMENT: DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT (DM)

Condition 2.7 to be amended as follow:

2.7 That the outside play times shall be restricted from between 10:00 till 11:00 and 15:00 till 16:00, weather permitting.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
