UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

a) The application for consent in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit Remainder Erf 66819 Cape Town at Wynberg to be used as a hospital, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A

b) The application for departures for Remainder Erf 66819 Cape Town at Wynberg, as contained in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONS:
3.1.5 to read as follows: ‘Formal building plans must be submitted to the Director: Development Management for approval showing the building converted to use as medical consulting rooms/clinic’
