The application for the subdivision of Erf 47008 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/47008, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONS:
The 3x Conditions on folio 1568 requested by the Transport Impact Assessment & Development Control Branch to be incorporated into the Conditions in Annexure A
Add 2.7 as follows:
2.7 Servitudes:
A 5.1m right of way access and services servitude shall be registered over portion 1 in favour of the remainder erf
