UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a place of instruction on Erf 14592 Fish Hoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions imposed in Annexure A.
b) The application for departures for Erf 14592 Fish Hoek, as contained in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend the reasons as follows:

AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONS:
3.1.7 to read as follows: ‘Formal building plans must be submitted to the Director: Development Management for approval showing the building converted to use as medical consulting rooms/clinic’
