UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 000,00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4985 Constantia with regard to the unauthorized Early Childhood Development centre on the property.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and amended reason 6.4 as follows:
6.4 ‘…This was not entirely the fault of the operator…’
