UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 416.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 4574 Simon’s Town, as reflected on the plan drawn by Andrew Nimmo Architect with drawing number Cn_01-2016 dated 07-03-2016.
