An administrative penalty in the amount of R 11 474.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 96857 Cape Town at Newlands with regard to the unauthorised garage and distance between carriageway crossings on the property.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to DELETE 6.4 from the Reasons
