UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 953.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 5729 Constantia with regard to the alterations/additions on the property as per the plan drawn by Jean de Beer Architect with drawing number 8226.CD.02.1 dated 2017-04-10 for the unauthorized conversion of the garage into an entertainment/store room, carport and pizza oven.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
