The application for the departures from Item 22 of the DMS in respect of Erf 198, 13 Craigrownie Road, Bantry Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law in accordance with attached Annexure A and the plans contained in Annexure D.
