UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 516.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 102500, Cape Town at Athlone in accordance with plan no 1202 for the unauthorized extensions to the first storey dwelling.
