UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 706.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 6397, Grassy Park in accordance with plan no 6397-3 drawn by AJ Arendse dated 12 November 2015 for the unauthorized veranda and entertainment area.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
