An administrative penalty in the amount of R 566.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 162147, Cape Town at Seawinds in accordance with plan no 001/1/09 and 002/1/09 dated Aug. 2016 for the unauthorized wendy house.
