An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 163.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 103656, Cape Town at Athlone in accordance with drawing nr: 2201/ 03-02; rev. nr: A; dated: 12/03/2017 for the unauthorized pool house, covered patio and mezzanine level storage above the existing garage.
