That an administrative penalty in respect of Erf 1187, Delft to the amount of 5% (R 666.00) of the value of the portion of the carport and two wooden structures (wendy houses) encroaching the building line BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
