RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for a permanent departure on Erf 9423, Bellville BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015. Involving the relaxation of 3,5m street building line to 1,12m to permit the staircase as well as the relaxation of the 3,0m common boundary building line to 0,638m to permit a walkway.

b. That the application for a permanent departure on Erf 9423 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015. Involving the relaxation of the 3,0m common building line to 1,9m to permit a second dwelling as well as the relaxation of the 3,5m building line to 0,66m to permit a carport, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISIONS:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
