RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the amendment of conditions of approval in respect of Erf 1764, Parow to allow for a semi- acute clinic BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Plan attached as Annexure B, subject to conditions as set out in Annexure A.
b. That the application for the consent use in respect of Erf 1764, Parow to allow for a semi- acute clinic accommodating 10 beds for in-patients only BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Plan attached as Annexure B, subject to conditions as set out in Annexure A.
c. That the application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 1764, Parow to allow for 14 on-site parking bays in lieu of the prescribed 20 on-site parking bays, for the 10 beds and 2 therapy/consulting rooms, to permit a carriage way crossing width of 21.5 m in lieu of the maximum of 8 m and a carriage way crossing 8 m from an intersection in lieu of the minimum of 10 m BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Plan attached as Annexure B, subject to conditions as set out in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
