RESOLVED
a. That the application for a consent use to permit a Place of Instruction on Erf 1006, Brackenfell, BE REFUSED in terms of section 98 (c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. That the application for the Removal of Restrictive Title Condition C.6.(a) of Title deed T13255/2013 relating to Erf 1006, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application for the deletion of conditions in respect of an existing approval relating to Erf 1006, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
