RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for amendment of conditions ‘a to b’ and deletion of condition ‘d’ of the City’s approval dated 9 February 2000 (i.e. Consent approval for a guest house) to permit:
a) 6 guest bedrooms and
b) 8 on-site parking bays
BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no bellv31749sdp.drw, dated June 2016; bellv31749floor-gr.drw, dated May 2016 & bellv31749floor-1st.drw, dated May 2016 (see Annexure C), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
