That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1000.00 of the value of the extent utilized for the Place of Instruction for special needs children BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 858, Durbanville in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure B.
