UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for a height departure on Erf 672 Fresnaye, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law in accordance with the plans in Annexure C and conditions in Annexure A
b) The application for a carriageway-crossing departure on Erf 672 Fresnaye, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, in accordance with the plans in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report and agreed to add the following reason:
- The proposal has a reduced visual impact on abutting neighbouring
properties compared to what is permitted in terms of the DMS
Delete 2nd reason in paragraph 8.2
AMEND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:
Include paragraph 2.1 in the first paragraph and renumber as 1.3
Delete paragraph 3.1
Renumber paragraph 3 as paragraph 2
