Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

a) The rezoning of erf 884, Parklands, from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to Community Zoning 1: Local (CO1) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A; and

b) The consent use to permit a place of assembly on erf 884, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report

AMEND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:
Insert new heading numbered as:
2.4: ‘Land Use’ - That the development be in general accordance with the existing approved Site Development Plan for the site.
