UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 574.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 12591, Milnerton, in accordance with plan no’s DHAD/0317/12591/102, attached as Annexure B for the unlawful structures, and BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
