That an administrative penalty in the amount of R359.78 (1%) for the unauthorized building work, and R5 030 (10%) for the unauthorized land use, in terms of section 129and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 42903, 82 Nyanda Avenue, Uhmhabulo Triangle, Khayelitsha be approved in terms of section 98(b)(i)of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
