That an administrative penalty for the unauthorized land use (liquor shop) in the amount of R6,445.40 (10%) in terms of section 129 and 42(q)of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1273, 44 Sir Bedivere Street, Camelot, Hagley BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By- Law. 2015

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
