UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 012.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 16203 Fish Hoek, as reflected on the plans drawn by PC Spoor attached as Annexure B to the Departmental report with Case ID 70342782.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
